Originally this was a wooden structure w/ boards & picket fence around the perimeter of the filter, & wooden dividers. Engineer suggested these concrete barriers & fiber glass divides. All approved by EPA	Getting ready to clean; they added 800 ton of new sand.	Adding water to filter so I could run my machine.	West filter after machine ran
